非常非常好

Room is huge for Japanese standard , of course we paid a lot for it. It may have looked good 10 years ago but it is only ok in today’s standard . Bad thing - NO VIEW ! our room with a Huge balcony faced a car park , I guess that’s why they sell this room to Non-Members . Thus the Balcony serve no purpose bcos there’s no view . Parking is easy , including access to basement parking . The public onsen is not bad with 2 outdoor onsen . The in-room private onsen is convenient but there is No View . I specifically requested for room with a view (not car park view) for the price I paid but knowing the Japanese inflexibility, it will be impossible to have a room change after they have allocated one , plus they r running full capacity with inadequate manpower. Breakfast standard is way below par for this level of luxury club standard . I had much better breakfast for room half this price . They should do a lot better in the selection and quality of the breakfast. And we have to queue 30 mins for a table. The service staff was trying to separate us from the member guests with different route , access , etc … again for the price I paid , it is totally not worth it , be it the property , the service , or the quality of the breakfast. Overall - I will not stay here again . There is nothing good at this price that will entice my return.
